Sean Cunneen, Executive Chef of Inspiration Kitchens Uptown

Executive Chef Sean Cunneen is a Chicago native and has been a Chef for 14 years.  Inspiration Kitchens Uptown is the job training arm of Inspiration Corporation’s Café Too Restaurant program. Open to the public, Inspiration Kitchens Uptown provides a contemporary restaurant experience while teaching homeless and ex-offenders the skills they need to handle the pressures of working in the food service industry. Chef Sean comes from a family of social workers and spent many holidays of his youth handing out plates and washing dishes at local churches and soup kitchens.

Ryan Pitts, Executive Chef of RL

Ryan Pitts is the Executive Chef of RL, Ralph Lauren’s debut into the restaurant industry. Since graduating from the School of Culinary Arts at Kendall College (Evanston, IL), he has remained in Chicago and is dedicated to his cuisine, his customers, and the Chicago community.  Inspired by American classics, he creates modern city-club cuisine that is designed to deliver an honest and satisfying experience to every diner, every time.

Jason Petrie, Executive Chef of Revolution Brewery

Jason Petrie was born and raised in Michigan and began his career working in kitchens at the age of 15. He has cooked and baked his way around Alaska, Connecticut, New York City,
Michigan and Germany. He is a graduate of Central Michigan University and The Culinary Institute of America. Jason resides in Logan Square with his wife Heather..
